We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee, which may be charged to the credit card on file.

All services, including eye exams and treatment appointments, are non-refundable once completed. No refunds will be issued for attended or completed appointments.
